Hi, I’m Bryanna Kody.
A little bit about Bry.
Loving the art of pastry since a young age Bry decided to turn her passion into her career. Bry went on to study at Johnson & Wales University in Providence Rhode Island graduating with a bachelors in Baking & Pastry, Food Service Management. Bry interned in France at Ecole Nationale Superieure de Patisserie. Her passion lead her to work at some highly rated places such as Biltmore, Husk, and more. Her love of pastries and more have lead her to start her own bakery located in Eagle, Colorado, where you can order anything from your classic favorites to a custom specialty item. Bryanna is ServSafe certified.
My Approach
It all begins with an idea or a memory of your favorite sweet from your childhood. From there I build up a modern approach to your favorite classic using the best ingredients I can find.
Dream it
For as long as I can remember I always wanted to be as creative as I possibly could be, and in doing so I became my own boss and took the leap towards opening my own bakery. I took the time to work in places to see what works and what doesn’t, and so now it is time to venture out continuing my passion.
Build it
Although I am currently in the cottage bakery stage, I hope in the near future I will have my store front up and running.
